Just like empty and full, light and shadow, personal and collective floating through those opposite landscapes she has always tried to look at this dichotomy playing with new possible scenarios. Her aim is to evoke feelings of places often without being over representational switching from the bi-dimensional property of the drawing to 3dimensional quality of the ceramic.

After experiences in different places in Italy like visual merchandising in Rome, fine arts in L`Aquila, Arttherapy in Bologna and artisan in Ortigia, Sicily, following an education outside the traditional way she has recently moved to Trondheim, Norway, and work from her studio in Atelier Ilsvika.

She has always had a strong interest in Human behaviours that inevitably feeds the development and direction of her works into an holistic perspective. To make alchemy happen, we often need to go beyond our limiting thoughts.
